Dietary Counseling

We at Heart Specialists PC of Southern Connecticut, feel it is imperative for adequate dietary counseling as part of our preventive strategy. Detailed dietary advice is provided by Certified Dieticians who are
either hospital or community based, some of which might be able to service patients in this office. It is our intention at Heart Specialists PC of Southern Connecticut, to also recommend an exercise program to our patients and arrangements and referrals will be made to local hospital rehabilitation programs as well as community based exercise physiologists.
